Collector assurance / buyer information

Pokemon card authenticity, made clear.

PokeVaultTCG presents its listed products as authentic Pokemon TCG items. Review the title, description, condition notes, and photos together. For singles, compare the card identity and visible condition; for sealed products, check the stated pack count and package details. If a detail is not shown, contact us before checkout rather than assuming it is included.

Before you buy

Know what the listing confirms.

Details vary by product. Use the listing itself as your source of truth, and ask us about anything that is important to your collection.

01

Singles and condition

Terms such as Near Mint or Mint describe the listing; they are not grading-company certifications. Compare the front and back images, centering, corners, edges, and visible surface with the condition notes. Ask us to confirm a card's language, set, collector number, or condition if those details are unclear.

02

Graded cards

A grading company and numeric grade are identified only when stated in the product listing. Check the grading label against the listing photos. A certification lookup on the grading company's own site can help confirm a record, but a number alone does not prove that the physical card or holder matches that record.

03

Sealed products and included items

Use the listed pack count, item quantity, and product photos to understand what is being offered. Packaging condition matters for sealed collectibles, so review visible corners, wrap, and seals. If the listing does not name an accessory, promo, language, or exact quantity, contact us to confirm before checkout.

04

Questions or order concerns

Before ordering, email us with the product name and the detail you want confirmed. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact support with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, then review our refund policy.

Collector questions

A few details worth knowing.

Use these answers alongside the individual product listing. When a detail is missing, ask before placing your order.

Does Near Mint mean a card has been graded?

No. Near Mint and Mint are condition terms in a listing, not grading-company certifications. A graded card will name the grading company and numeric grade when those details are provided.

Does a certification lookup verify the physical card?

A lookup can confirm that a certification record exists, but it cannot by itself prove that the card and holder in a listing correspond to that record. Compare the label with the product photos and ask us about anything unclear.

What if a set, language, or included item is not listed?

Do not assume an unstated detail. Check the listing photos and contact support with the product name and your question so the detail can be confirmed before checkout.

What should I do if an order arrives differently than described?

Contact support with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Review the refund policy for the applicable next steps.
